There's nothing in my contract like that. I get paid by the page. There's no sending to QA, so no docking half your pages. I'd quit if that was the case. Maybe you got the company name wrong? Pay scale was discussed with me in the interview. I didn't get the training guide until after I signed the contract. Something fishy here.
