Now this is what happens when they start hiring MTS/MLS without any education and try to train them on the spot. A 2-year degree would have taught you to read your contract. IC=Independent Contractor. BTW, don't forget to pay your taxes and you might want to start contributing to your social security too because they don't do ANY of that. They will be sending a 1099 to you AND the IRS so you can't avoid it for long.
