Yes, we use Epic. The main transcription department employs 4 people to work the various error queues, and a couple of the larger hospitals have a "liason" of sorts. I am the only one in the system who also edits a difficult doctor's work in the MModal platform before it goes into Epic. Not every facility has someone, though. If your hospital is not part of a larger system, they will definitely need someone to work errors that occur in Epic and to do spot QA.
