Really? I have been working with this company for years and have NEVER gotten my first request for time off. Last Saturday I had off, I was in the hospital, 2 years ago. Again, you have been warned. I guess as an IC you can do what you want but they will only put up with that for so long. Then they will send your job to India. Problem solved. I'm not bitter
