Company Board

You've lost your bearings. When a person is hired, they expect work. - BeKind

This IS a concern because we all know that if there isn't enough work that eventually it leads to layoffs. No company is going to continuously pay anyone indefinitely for not working. Plus, it takes time and energy to go through the hiring/training process, and it's pretty awful to then discover you might be facing a no-work situation and layoff and then need to search again for what will hopefully be a better job. Unfortunately, this is becoming all too common in this industry.
