The QA person has lots of time to email, message and call you. Each error they find, they do all three, then you have to answer each call, message and email. Very time consuming. These are not errors, nor are they violations of the particular stats. You can turn in a perfectly accurage report but they will change the rules on you such as "well, strictly verbatim unless blah blah, so for this particular doctor, maybe 76% verbatim. I had to finance a new PC for the job and lasted 4 days! I also had done the account I was given (with another service) for a year so was very familiar with what the clients wanted. Believe me, it was a total nightmare.
