This is the first time I've been on unemployment. I'm down to my last payment. Got an email to certify today. However, when I called, I was told that I couldn't do it over the phone this time. Did it over the phone all the other times, however. Unfortunately, since it's Sunday, also can't call and ask to speak to someone about it. So I'm wondering is it normally the case that if you just have one final payment, that you can't certify over the phone?
