It's because they've forced so many people into PT or made the switch to IC or fired them. I think a lot of FT MTs are showing up for the extra hour but not really working that hard. What's the motivation? Also, ICs don't have to work OT. That's why they are "kindly requesting" additional help from ICs. They've screwed themselves by treating us like this.
