do end up terminating you, you can then get unemployment most likely. Definitely check your state requirements, but termination for the example you give will most likely leave you eligible. The thing is, Nuance knows this and their hope is that you will up and quit on your own so they will then be off the hook and not be rated for your unemployment claim if they had to terminate you themselves. I would just put the rest out of your mind and do the best you can (hard I know under the circumstance) and leave the ball in their court. If they do terminate you in the end, collect and use that time to regroup and look for your next step. Try and hang in there.
