giving their favorites all the best hours and best work while I basically get that rest. I am finished with it now and I will get in and work when I want to and that is my plan. We are IC so I dont plan to have a schedule and when there is NJA which is all the time I would hate to see what I actually make an hour I will sign off so they have to do what they have to do or hire somebody else willing to sit there and make nothing. Sick of it and this whole business.
