Would pass it up. Struggling to do 400+/hour on a daily basis on a high ESL account will drive you nuts and not realistic no matter what the recruiter says. Not worth your sanity or physical health for a line pay rate that low. Don't put yourself through that. Many have tried at this place and regretted it.
