Here's an idea for these companies. Why don't you pay us an hourly wage? The wage would be in line with our years of experience and average scores. If I was paid an hourly wage, my work ethic would improve 100%. I would care - it is as simple as that. I'd spend more time on each report making sure it was accurate. I would spend more time researching so as not to leave a blank unless absolutely necessary. I would correct grammar, punctuation, paragraphs, etc. My production would go through the roof because I would be a happy camper. I WOULD CARE ABOUT MY JOB AGAIN. Are you listening???
