I think we are missing another point. We have a "compensation incentive plan" that even the Company apparently doesn't understand enough to explain. The labor board would not like this. It is the SAME THING as saying "come to work for us and we will pay you what we like when we like (or not at all) and you will like it or find someplace else to work." It is AGAINST THE LAW! That's okay...making a list and checking it twice...
