MM SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES on website - curious current HDS

Posted: May 18th, 2017 - 10:39 am

We have to make 165 LPH, so why is  below copied true for new hire (copied from 'apply for MM job application webite')? (oops, 3 characters in a row not allowed either..LOL)

"Post Date 1/5/2017
Title Medical Transcriptionist
City Virtual
Job Description SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Part Time Healthcare Documentation Specialist is responsible for

...............................

Employment classification requirements:

.....................................................................

.....consistently ensure 99.6% or higher accuracy , without over-reliance on quality assurance, while complying with the following employment requirements:
• Regular Full Time: Between 39 – 40 hours per week and 150 lines per hour. Regular Part Time: Between 20 – 28 hours per week and 150 lines per hour."

...........

Is it because we are classified as HDSs?  If so, I do not have problem with being classified as an MT with these HDS's requirements!!  All of us having problems making 165 line count should apply for this position!

OR

GRRRRRR!! Not only do the HDSM managerS (as I have had several over my many years) and upper management folks consistently have glaring gramatical errors in their 'to employee' emails (you know those are the same employees who (I used who instead of that) have to be all but perfect), but they cannot even get the facts of their own employeement ad correct!  This was posted 01/05/2017.  I cannot find email telling us when it was going up in the future or the one reminding us date of increase (me in denial I guess), but the actual change took place between my last weekly, 011/19/2016, and my 12/03/2016 personal statistics email (no personal stats done week of Thanksgiving in my team), so the poster should have known the required LPH by then for sure.
