I was brand new on an account. The OM asked me how I liked it. I specifically mentioned 2 speakers whom I found especially difficult. So, guess what? On the next Fiesa review, 2 reports are chosen, one from each of those 2 speakers that I had mentioned to the OM. Is this just a coincidence? I think not. For these 2 reports, my scores were over 99%, but I suspect they'll keep looking for ones where I completely fail, because it's very likely to happen with those 2 speakers.
I'll bet I'm not the only MLS at Nuance to have experienced this type of scenario.
For me, this is the end of my interest in working for Nuance. I now realize I'll never win here.
