I cannot believe MTSOs actually QA an MT daily! That is nuts. I have never worked anywhere that did that except Nuance and I did not let the door hit me in the arse when I quit on the spot! That was about 6 years ago and to this date it has never affected my ability to get a new job and I even put the crap place on my resume and use it just to say I have voice wreck experience.
