I sometimes wonder if they are hearing or interpreting what we hear or interpret simply differently and perhaps not correctly. I have had errors marked on things I did not believe were incorrect. I have had blanks filled in by things I do not feel were correct (especially regarding measurements on pins, screws, heads, plates, etc., in very complex neurosurgery reports). Just who are these people, who simply may hear better than we do (and have that as their only credential)? I have been looking at ALL the errors marked, and just not mine, on our daily QA reports. Sometimes errors are marked off 1 point, while something very similar is marked off 3 points. Hey, it's MM. Who can you trust?
