all the MTs in the nation stuck together and refused anything less than a certain line rate, but there will always be those who are new or believe what the MT schools tell them about our "great pay and room for advancement", etc., etc. I finally refused to test for one that would have been an otherwise perfect fit and I had 20 years experience in the specialty. They only paid 7/4 CPL. I told them we have had our pay cut in half as it is and I refuse to work for any less than 8 CPL. Never heard back from them. I've been out of work all year!
