Seriously. I'm sick of reading the complaints (most of which are justified) while seeing NO PLAN OF ACTION TO REMEDY THE DISGUSTING ABUSES OF PEOPLE WHO MAKE THE MEDICAL RECORD POSSIBLE, MUCH LESS RELIABLE!!
Do you want to DO something about this deplorable, unsafe and disgusting situation OR JUST BITCH ABOUT IT??
You can vote "like" or "dislike" to this post. If enough of you CARE ABOUT the HC documentation process (and appropriate compensation for those who preserve accuracy of HC documents) will vote "like" and those of you who consider everything we do to create accurate HC documentation to be shiiite will vote "dislike."
