probably with some anger behind it. She apparently was attempting to outline her importance rather than the team that allows her to get up every morning and thank God for her job here. Did they really think this OMs viewpoint was going to produce aw from the audience? She forgot the part about she knows how much her paycheck will be pay period so she can plan accordingly. Oh, and if she makes in error in those hundreds of emails, an oops will suffice and she can send out 20 corrections without suffering financially. The list goes on and on. Oh, and they forgot the thankful to all you for allowing us to ding your already crappy paychecks so we could spend the time to produce this thankless document thanking you all for contributing to the financial success of the powers that be. Nuance, you've outdone yourself this time.
