Boy, have I had a great few weeks. Last week they only reviewed 1 report and of course there were some small mistakes, putting me down to 97%. I thought they were supposed to do more than 1 a week. The answer I got was that it was based on 1-2% of the lines during that time period. I do about the same amount of lines each week so don't think that makes a lick of sense. A couple weeks ago there were a couple of things counted as major mistakes, the most annoying one being I accidentally left the last letter of the doctor's name. Requested reversal to reduce it to typo, and was told that the wrong doctor could get information regarding the patient with the name I put. Feel VERY discouraged!!
