The situation is they are consistently out of turnaround time (in a "critical" manner) on most of their accounts. They have hired many ICs and forced employees not meeting the line requirement to reduce to PT or convert to IC status. (Can't force an IC tonwork weekend.) Imedx has taken away PM and weekend differentials and have cut pay via their new compensation plan. No one feels much inclined to jump in and help out (be a "team" player) on the weekends, or any other time for that matter, so they have a mandatory "rotation" where MTs are assigned time slots work if they don't get enough volunteer help.
