Calculating pay - ann

Can anyone tell me how to compute pay based on the following? I have never worked for pay by the line before and am uncertain how to compute earnings.

I am paid 0.05 for editing, 65 characters with spaces.

An example: 10,3628 characters and 1,594.28 lines in 8 hours.
