and you go do that first, then that takes 2-3 weeks for the drug test to come back. Background check was about the same, a long time.

No matter who you go with, tests and BG checks always take a while to process.

If they hired you, they want you. I know it's difficult but be patient for the tests to come thru. If you need something else in the meantime and can pick up temporary work, do that.
