On a weekly basis our team gets an email saying that if the Monday through Friday MTs don't volunteer to cover a Sunday shift, the OM is going to make us rotate to cover that schedule. Can she force us to cover that shift? I'm sorry but the fact that whoever covered that schedule is now gone is not my problem or any other MT for that matter. I feel like she either needs to hire someone or ask someone who is already working during that time frame to cover it.
