I have a lot more years in this so-called "profession" than you do and I am treated the same way. The stress is unbelievable and the last job I tried the dictators were so horrible I couldn't understand hardly anything they said. All the easy work goes to India now or to EPIC and the only thing that is left for the US MTs is the crap work that nobody else can do, including VR. For our years of experience, all we get is disrespect, lower and lower line rates, and more and more abuse from the MTSOs. I can't do this any more and yet I still need a job.
