$13.32-$19.29     THE KICKER IS THIS:   

1. After completion of introductory period, must be able to meet productivity and quality standards of the Transcription Section.  As of 9/1/97, this equates to a minimum of 840 lines per 8 hour shift, and a quality score of not less than 80%.       AND YET WE GET PAID CRAP.
