I do not like ChartNet--it's my most unfavorite platform. You didn't mention what kind of error messages you're getting. Are they from the program itself? Or are the error notes coming from the TLs? Heaven help you if you get on the bad side there. If the notices come from ChartNet itself, I'd notify IT, see about a re-install, etc.
