I would say no thanks. I would bet she has to re-hire for that doc quite often, as people might get tired of him.
Plus the hoops of having Dropbox to download files, etc, I would wonder what else is around the corner.
If someone else can give you a better answer, you can try going with her.
I decided I wouldnt even if she had offered me the job.
