I started a new job as an IC for for the first time at a clinic. The long-time MT there keeps going over all my work, changing my punctuation (such as taking out compound modifier hyphens), telling me to capitalize all medications (including generic), changes my tenses to the wrong tense, etc. Is this supposed to happen with an IC job?
