Ortho words - Southern Gal

Could somebody enlighten me :)  Patient has knee problems, and I'm hearing:

"She underwent right knee lateral release and tibial tubercle (s/l) Fulcer synosteotomy.  Can find synosteotomy but can't get the "f" word!
