If you are having - NJA

could you please indicate whether you are full time or part time and if you are tier 1, 2, or 3.

I am full time tier 3 and get maybe 3 hrs of NJA a week.  I work nights and weekends and have never been asked to change my schedule.  I have been here 17 years.

I just don't get what is going on this with company and what its ulterior motives are and whom they are targeting.
