NJA make up rant. - beyond sick of it Posted: Apr 26th, 2017 - 2:11 pm
I signed on to do my "make up" time, and got exactly 1 job. Denied NJA NW time last Sunday because I "have the opportunity to make up the hours." Heck no! Why do they think I work PART TIME? Do they think I have my MM nonworking hours free????? Plus...... most the the make up hours are DURING my shift. Plus, I get punished by having sick days taken away. Obama put sick days in place for sickness, not lack of work.
I find it so hard to believe that make up time for no work is legal. Still investigating that one. Which is one of my activities while waiting for a possible job. Going to have to add checking on and signing up for partial UE to my downtime activities.
