Your daughter's wedding only comes once. Do not sacrifice a minute of it for this company. You will never regret this decision.
This company has had well over a year to staff these accounts properly. Now no one can take over and "mandatory" over time. I need to take off the next holiday. When it is denied, I will be gone. I may give them 2 weeks after the holiday if they want, but I AM taking the holiday off. If they do not want to the 2 weeks, GREAT - give me more time to look for another job.
