I hate making changes, and I hung on for 2 years after numerous firings of other MTs from my old company after the management I had come to know were let go before them. The final straw was removing PTO and denying time off. You are better than I, I gave 2 hours' notice before my scheduled shift, went on vacation (unpaid/denied) and found another job within 48 hours of coming home. They lost that account soon afterwards anyway....I saw the writing on the wall soon enough.
