1. Terrible treatment by MTSOs (most of them).
2. Pay that has dramatically declined.
3. MTSOs that are "merging" or closing.
4. Many positions are IC, which means taking out own taxes, no holiday or vacation pay, no sick pay, no medical insurance, no overtime pay, and no unemployment insurance if they fold.
5. Increasingly ridiculous quality requirements that not even a robot could maintain.
