you have many opportunities to work in a nonclinical environment and make considerably more money than you would with MT.
You won't find those jobs on websites like this and probably not on the others that focus exclusively on work-at-home opportunities. You will have to look at companies and agencies that have a medical element in their mission and check their websites directly for job listings.
Insurance companies have already been mentioned, but companies that review disability claims also employ nurses. Social services agencies employ nurses in nonclinical roles. Depending on your disability, you might even look at jobs like being a school nurse in a small private school (probably less demanding than in a public school).
Start thinking about all the areas where a nurse might be able to make a contribution, and you will probably come up with several more on your own.
