tell them something??? MAYBE a clue, a faint hint, whisper in their ear, something???? That there's a problem that needs correcting, a HUGE PROBLEM, and just maybe it's not all the MTs' faults????
The MIS-management is too stupid to figure it out, let alone care whose fault it is.
