The only way you have a chance is to get up, get dressed, and go visit your local medical facilities and get an on-site job. If you want more than minimum with some benefits that will be about the only chance you have. My wages have dropped annually over the 20 years I have been doing this. BLS also says they are forecasting a -3%, that minus 3%, growth over the next 20 years. With the current "technology doing everything for us" nobody wants to pay anymore, certainly not the MTSOs.
