Emails stating that IT was being upgraded came out in 2012. I upgraded from V for $99 so I have the permanent license and can put IT on new computers at no added charge. Email stating license number is dated 12-31-15. When something helps us make so much more money than without, important to keep up on any news about it and actually read emails and the site, even if only the forums where the new information appears as well. No poor service, shoddy work, or substandard quality merchandise from Textware. They make every effort to provide good service. It's not free anymore but have not needed it in the approximately 10 years or so I have been using IT.
