Poor service, shoddy work, substandard quality merchandise at top shelf price, and a constant milking of my wallet tends to make me very cranky generally. When it happens on the job, and interferes with my ability to perform, while covering a shift for radiololgy 3-11, weekends for six years, most recently, I don't have the time to read a wall of words.
Perhaps redesigning the web site to include taps rather than a crossword puzzle would be a better idea along with an option to buy the entire program as it is and own it.
