What do you do if you are confused about work type standard or format? - confused Posted: Apr 21st, 2017 - 12:28 am
I have no idea if there is supposed to be a standard and have no idea if dates are to be entered onto the report. I am reluctant to turn in the report. This is due to their culture of punishment. The price of punishment is too great. I see dates have been entered onto the report, but I have no idea if the formatting is correct. Although we often get told to look at other reports, the punishment is too severe if prior reports are wrong. I have been slapped before for following what others have done. There is just no winning. This particular facility always has the more twisted and demanding CPs.
I am guessing to send it on to our QA with a note that I am unsure.
