I need an activation code, a serial number and some support. All of those things cost money. I found out in January IT was not workign because i had to renew it. I paid the cash but first I had to pay a separate fee for support. It was while I was desperately trying to work during the last weeks of a job that this nice German Lady told me she refunded my support charge due to my not being notified by them (aol does not receive their emails...).
So here I am, training, with the owner on the other end of the line waiting for me to begin and I cannot open IT.
I need a new program. Any suggestions IT users? There must be more than 2 of us here.
