Can't even escape work in my sleep. - work dreams Posted: Apr 18th, 2017 - 8:26 am
It really stinks to be chained to this desk, feeling resentful and not liking the job siruation, but now for the last week, I've had nightly dreams about work (not happy dreams). I think they've really gotten to me! Any suggestions on how to reset the ol' attitude/outlook or get a little break from the big black cloud that now disrupts my sleep as well? Yeah, yeah, I know the job is better than unemoloyed and all that comes with that, and I can tell myself that and cope during the day, but Lordy! I'd rather not be stressed during sleep as well.
