Answered everything as honestly as I could. Also went into as much detail as I had space for about pay, platforms, account instructions, IT, and line requirement.
I have been through these acquisitions a couple times. When OM told me nothing would change, I just laughed because I knew she would be gone before I was. Sure enough, she's gone. I also am quite sure that in the next year, give or take a little, more than half of us are going to be gone. Why do you think they are moving everything from 1 platform to another? That is always how it is done. The only thing that is going to change with this company is for the worse. The only thing they really wanted to know in this survey was how many of us are looking for another job.
