I have experience with both, unfortunately. At MM for 17 years and then they let me go. My work was perfect and I was praised for 17 years and then suddenly I wasn't good enough. My supervisor, SC, was a total condescending *&^*&. Nuance was great in the beginning, but took after MM towards the end. I was laid off because of where I live. I am now working at a school district where they pay me hourly whether I make a small mistake or not. Good Luck to all!
