the Diagnosis or Assessment section, we are supposed to expand in those sections. I know, I know, leave it as BPH. I do, but leave a note for QA, who at my MTSO doesn't mind and has asked us to do that. Some MTSOs aren't so forgiving and would take points off on an audit for not expanding. Sometimes were damned if we do and damned if we don't.
