Including one in Atascadero. I do know that I took an office tech test for the state of CA at Coalinga State Hospital and the person monitoring the test recommended that people apply to Coalinga. There is also a prison nearby. Take a look at office technician and office assistant jobs. You have to take the tests (samples online) first to get on the list. It would be great if something works out for you, especially since you are facing the loss of your house. Just get out of the per line transcription hell....
