TeamWork Schedule deviation Variance? - ep Posted: Mar 28th, 2017 - 1:31 pm
Can someone explain to me this? I got an email stating I was shown as one of the highest deviations for the team last pay period. I am confused. I thought we were able to make up our time throughout the rest of the day if we ran out? I was looking at my time sheet, and year I stopped a few days, get dinner ready, throw some laundry, mop the floor, run to the store, as it beat sitting there close to an hour waiting for a job. What are we supposed to do? So I went back on and there was work and got my 8 hours in. Was I wrong? Thank you people for any input.
