I have worked for Eword Solutions for several months and never had a problem with any phase of their working procedure. The girls that proof reports are very nice. The owner/support tech (Keith) is nonverbal, unreachable, and has been ever since the first day of my employment. Three weeks ago a technical problem arose where I could not access the system to work. I contacted my overseer who advised me to contact Keith (owner/support tech) and thus, my countless emails and phone call to Keith had gone complete unanswered! He NEVER gave me the courtesy of even acknowledging that I even had a problem much less attempting to fix the problem. I’ve never done anything that would mandate me being terminated, yet this is exactly how I am feeling right about now. I refuse to BEG Keith to troubleshoot the issue, so I will just not bother trying to get his attention but I would like to WARN anyone thinking about working for Eword. They are a great company but I feel sorry for you if something technical happens and you cannot access their system because of the nonprofessional, way he has treated me.
